CMI Leadership Academy Cohort 5 meets, begins planning short course

Achievement
The Critical Materials Innovation Hub, introduced the fifth cohort of the CMI Leadership Academy for its first meeting during the CMI Phase III Kick-Off Event. The Academy is designed to provide early career CMI scientists the leadership skills to advance their careers while preparing them for leadership roles in the critical materials community. 

Significance and Impact
This cohort of nine researchers will take on the assignment of organizing and hosting the second offering of CMI’s short course “Rare Earth Elements: Mine to Magnet and Beyond,” to be held at the CMI Meeting at Colorado School of Mines the week of April 8, 2024.

Providing the leaders, technical experts and skilled professionals needed by U.S. industry to assure its supply chains.
