Significance and Impact

  • Scialogs are series of conferences for early-career researchers focused on a specific theme, co-sponsored by the Research Corporation for Science Advancement and the Alfred P. Sloan Foundation, with additional support from The Kavli Foundation.
  • As part of this Scialog conference, Smaha proposed two collaborative, cross-disciplinary projects.
