The 2026 CMI Winter Meeting featured a new presentation format, the three-minute “lightening” presentation. To help early career research presenters prepare for the CMI Winter Meeting presentation sessions, CMI offered three virtual “how to present” sessions during January.

Dr. Jacquilyn (Jacqui) Weeks, communication specialist and founder of Word Tree Consulting, covered how to give a good presentation and convey messages effectively, including:

  • Traditional Oral Presentation
  • 3 Minutes Presentation
  • Poster Presentation

Hub Targets Addressed
