Achievement
Cohort 7 of the CMI Leadership Academy received a “peek behind the curtain” on Hub management and leadership at the Annual DOE Peer Review. The academy also engaged in team building and leadership activities following the review.
Details
- Cohort 7 of the Leadership Academy sat in on the DOE peer review process and spent time following the review debriefing their experience. A major takeaway from the group was the importance of building team members up and critiquing through the lens of collective growth.
- Following the review and debrief, Cohort 7 engaged in a team building activity using LEGO® bricks to simulate challenges leaders may face such as funding cuts, scope change, or leadership change.
