CMI Leadership Academy members are using the CMI Education Toolkit in outreach activities across the United States.

Achievement

Chloe Tolbert, a member of CMI Leadership Academy Cohort 6, joined a STEM Scholars Camp career panel for high school students. She shared her journey in critical materials, offered tips for applying high school skills to college and careers, highlighted INL’s role in the field, and discussed her contributions to CMI.

Hub Targets Addressed 

  • Providing the leaders, technical experts and skilled professionals needed by U.S. industry to assure supply chains. 
  • Training the critical materials workforce of the future.
