Several CMI early career researchers from Colorado School of Mines participated in a workforce development program with the TechConnect World Innovation Conference & Expo, held in Raleigh, North Carolina, March 10-12, 2026.

Significance & Impact
CMI graduate students at Colorado School of Mines Ernest Konadu-Yiadom, Matt Mettler and Carl Gorski participated in the TechConnect Horizons Workforce Development Program. This included presentations, technical tutorials and networking sessions, as well as a career awareness fair.
