Over the summer, Ames National Laboratory welcomes over 35 students through our various internship programs. Their experiences at the lab include opportunities for mentorship, networking, and project-based research. Students have a supportive onboarding experience and housing accommodations, opportunities to attend professional development and research seminars, and opportunities to connect with their fellow interns. At the conclusion of their internship, students also participate in a Student Poster Symposium to showcase their research and what they have learned.
