Registration is limited to:
- One Team per school
- 26 teams per bowl
Schools whose applications are received after the roster is filled will be placed on a waiting list.
Middle School Regional Science Bowl will take place Saturday February 20, 2027
High School Regional Science Bowl will take place Saturday, March 6, 2027
Hints, tips and tricks:
Registration opens precisely at 11 a.m. (CT), Monday, October 5.
Any coach or team data entered in the system PRIOR to the launch date and time will be deleted.
The National Science Bowl registration system allows schools to register up to three teams as soon as the registration period opens. However, the Iowa Regional events allow only one team per school.
Upload completed and signed forms to your team's registration page (dashboard) according to the National Science Bowl's instructions.
Additionally, Ames National Laboratory (as host) requires an additional parental consent/media release form. Watch your email for instructions.
