During my research experiences in academia, I develop many research specialties, includes:
• Nanoscale growth and control of the nucleation and kinetics using PVD
• Intercalation of metal underneath graphene layer by annealing with different heating strategies
• Experiences with ultra-high vacuum techniques and instrumentation
• Surface characterization of with both global techniques (LEED) and local techniques (STM)
• Metropolis MC algorithm to simulate the nucleation on surface and predict the system behavior
