Abstract

Intense THz excitation in topological insulator Bi2Se3 induces negative low-frequency conductivity and energy-dependent relaxation dynamics, different from high-energy pumping, which allows us to isolate intrinsic quasi-particle scattering dynamics inside the surface states.
