Abstract

mal conductivity is moderate. The enhancement of the Seebeck coefficient observed in Ag2Sb2Ge46-xDyxTe50 alloys can be attributed to energy filtering due potential barriers formed by [Ag+Sb] and rare-earth Dy atoms.
