What We Charge
Effective October 1, 2010, Information Systems (IS) is no longer required to charge for work or consultation on computer systems and accounts.
Support issues should be submitted to the Information Systems Help Desk at 4-8348 or firstname.lastname@example.org. IS staff will continue to ask you to provide your name, employee number, and a general description of the problem.
Please be aware that if you contact an IS staff member directly regarding a matter that has not yet been logged through the Help Desk, you may be asked to contact the IS Help Desk before proceeding further.
