Anderson talks lead-free solder on IPR's The Exchange

ImageComputers, smartphones, tablets – they’re ubiquitous in today’s society and many of them have one thing in common – the use of lead-free solder.  The Exchange host Ben talks with senior metallurgist Iver Anderson of the Ames Lab about the technology that earns Iowa State University millions of dollars in royalties every year.

Anderson appeared on second half of the program on Iowa Public Radio's The Exchange on Friday, Jan. 13.  To listen to the broadcast, go to The Exchange and drag the round button on the scrubber bar to roughly the midway point.
