Leadership Academy passes torch to Cohort 4

Early career professionals in CMI participate in a yearlong series of activities to enhance their capabilities in management and leadership in a research environment.

Achievement
At the CMI Winter Meeting hosted by Colorado School of Mines (March 2022), CMI celebrated the third cohort and what it accomplished and welcomed the fourth cohort shown in the photo below. The fourth cohort went to work immediately by moderating oral presentations and judging the student and postdoc poster session.

CMI early career professionals enhance their preparedness to take on new management and leadership roles.
