2018 Spring SULI and CCI programs wrap up

Five Ames Laboratory Science Undergraduate Laboratory Internships (SULI) and Community College Internships (CCI) students wrapped up their spring semester internshps at Ames Laboratory with a poster session on April 24.  The students, Tom Waltmann, Jamie Mana-ay, Kate Baumler, Bryce Thoney, and Claudio Ordonez, have spent the last 16 weeks working in research laboratories on projects with Ames Laboratory scientist/mentors.  On behalf of the Ames Laboratory, Director Adam Schwarz told the interns he hoped they got a lot out of their spring semsester internships, and wished them well in their future endeavors.  Some of the students are already actively making plans to attend graduate school in STEM-related fields.
