Coaching Information

Regional team registration is only available online.

1) ALL coaches (including returning coaches) must create a New Account at the beginning of each school year. (Returning coaches: It is helpful to make up a different username each year.)
During the sign-in process, you will see a screen showing computer system requirement information. Use the scroll bar (on the far right) to continue the registration process. You will only see this screen the first time you log in.

Remember your username and password—you will need it each time you access the site.

2) The Iowa regional competition does not require the following information from students. If you have a need to collect this data (as coaches) feel free to submit it on the form. If not, use the following guidelines:

• Student cell phone: registration system will accept any series of numbers (i.e. 555-555-5555)
  
• Student email: again, the system will accept any type of data, so if you choose not to provide a student's email address, simply type: n/a
  
• Student vegetarian: since students choose their own meals from a food court setting (both at the Regional and National level), it doesn’t matter how this question is answered

REMINDER: The team that advances to the National competition will be required to provide social security numbers for coaches and students.

3) The electronic registration system allows you to save team information then go back into the system and make changes provided you don't hit the "submit" button. If you think you may have changes to your team, enter the information you presently have and click on "Save for Future Editing." You can then log onto the site again, make necessary changes and "Submit" your information once it's finalized.

If you get the "Agent Done" message, simply close your browser completely (Netscape, Internet Explorer, etc.), then open it and visit the site again.
